We loved our stay here! The kids enjoyed the fantastic gardens, games, and even the trampolines. The staff helped us plan some great local experiences. The breakfast was delicious. A little walk to the central plaza was refreshing!
My wife says that the dining options could be more varied for families.

Family with kids will love this place
The kids had a blast with the trampolines and the alpacas kept them entertained too. Every morning we enjoyed a really tasty and complimentary breakfast, which made the start of our days great!
It was not inexpensive, but honestly worth it for the experience.

the internet was kinda spotty at times, but the staff was super attentive and made us feel at home. the rooms were huge and comfy. There was free coffee and tea all day long. we loved the fire pit for roasting marshmallows!

We had an amazing time at Lizzy Wasi Urubamba! The Duplex Deluxe Suite was incredible, complete with a cozy fireplace and a balcony. The attention to detail and the care from the staff was outstanding. They even arranged transportation for us and made our stay unforgettable, especially my kids who loved the beautiful rooms and nearby alpacas.
Could use bottled water in the room.
